We know that every country responds differently in these times, but our government is not able to assist people. Instead, they call us.
-They call us asking to assist nearly 1000 families that are in urgent need of food because they lost jobs.
-They call us because orphans that are sick need medical treatment in a different city and public transportation is shut down.
-They call us because a group of foster kids is stranded and unable to return to the other side of the country to their foster parents because public transportation is shut down.
-They call us to make masks for the nursing homes.
And the list goes on. The need is great.
